Diana Stenta
Director / Senior Agent
Diana has worked as a commercial photographer in fashion and entertainment for more than 20 years, shooting major campaigns across Australia and overseas. She founded Adelaide Artist Management in 2018 to share her on-set insight and help clients become industry ready.
At AAM, Diana does more than line up castings. She mentors our artists with practical guidance so they can reach their full potential. She launched AAM as a boutique, full-service platform for young artists seeking representation and development in fashion. Since then, she has grown the agency to include divisions across TV, film, stage and musical theatre.

Nicola Saccone
Administration & Youth Coach
Nicola brings a strong background across film, communications, and the wider creative industries, with experience in art direction, client coordination, and content creation.
She has hands-on experience teaching short-film creation to young students, inspiring them through writing, directing, and producing their own projects. Nicola is passionate about supporting young actors as they grow in confidence and navigate their first steps into the industry.
With a sharp eye for detail and a love for storytelling, she is dedicated to creating high-quality materials that elevate an artist’s professional brand while fostering a welcoming, organised, and creatively driven environment.

Marc Clement
Acting Coach
Marc has been acting for more than 25 years across theatre and film, and also works as a writer, director, cinematographer and editor. Theatre roles include Deeley in Harold Pinter’s Old Times, Alfie in Alfie, Mr Orange in Reservoir Dogs and work with State Opera’s Hamlet. In 2018 he co-founded STARC Productions with Tony Knight and Stefanie Rossi.
STARC has been nominated by the Adelaide Critics Circle every year since its inception. Marc received an Individual Award nomination in 2019 for All in the Timing, and Venus in Fur was nominated for Best Show in 2021. Screen credits include the SASA-nominated feature Ambergris and Adelaide Film Festival entry Youth on the March. He has won Best Actor for The Body, and Best Director and Editor for Switcharoo. Marc also fronts the music project Warpath Chronicle as Gideon and wrote the musical Busker to Broadway.

Laila Aldridge
Acting Coach
Laila is an actress whose passion for screen performance began early and has grown into a thriving career. With more than 7 years of professional training and on-set experience in TV and film, she brings practical knowledge and calm confidence to the room.
Her teaching centres on authenticity, listening and simple tools that hold up under pressure. She is committed to building confidence while preparing students for real industry expectations.
Recent TV credits include ABC’s Ladies in Black, First Day and Maverix, Channel 7’s RFDS and Netflix’s Gymnastics Academy.

Colin Shepherd
Acting Coach
Colin is an Adelaide-based actor, writer, producer and director who graduated from Adelaide College of the Arts in 2013. He has worked in TV and theatre, with credits including Space Cowboys and Power Preparatory.
He wrote, produced, directed and acted in the sketch comedy web series Housemates with Take 28 Productions. In recent years Colin has also directed and written sell-out productions for Scouts Shouts Youth Theatre, leading casts of more than 85 young performers. We are thrilled to have his experience and enthusiasm for youth performing arts at AAM.

Nic Darrigo
Acting Coach
Born in Adelaide, Nic pursued acting professionally in 2014 and trained at The Actors Pulse in Sydney in the Meisner technique. He has trained with acclaimed actors including Luke Ford from The Black Balloon and Aaron Glenane from Netflix’s Snowpiercer.
Nic’s on-screen debut in the short film Emmanuel screened at the Cannes Short Film Corner in 2019. His short If I Quit Now premiered at Flickerfest 2021, directed by South Australian filmmaker Luke Wissell. He recently guest-starred in Warwick Thornton’s vampire series Firebite on AMC+, and appears in The Royal Hotel directed by Kitty Green.
A keen writer and director, Nic is developing the TV project Ambos For Hire with Beyond. At AAM he focuses on preparing students and working actors for auditions, offering one-to-one coaching for youth, teens, adults and professionals so they grow in skill and as people.
